The kit should have come with instructions included. There are many steps in doing nails, way too many to write down. Trust me, to do nails the right way takes a great deal of both instruction - and practice. It's NOT as easy as it looks. I would suggest not attempting this since you do not have any knowledge about how to apply them and someone describing the process is not going to help you learn the proper ways of applying acrylic and/or gels. My suggestion? Leave it to a professional to do for you, or enroll in an accredited nail training program so that you woud then be well prepared to do nails both for yourself, and for others as well. Besides, going to classes could possibly help your agoraphobia? Obviously, I don't have any idea how severe it is for you, but if your condition is to the point where you have difficulty leaving thd house, and you are avoiding other activities because if it, I would seriously think about getting it treated - or at least try to anyway. I do not mean this to be offensive in any way, but the reality is that you have a daughter (and perhaps other children as well. You don't mention any though). Depending on the severity of your agoraphobia, your daughter may/may not be missing out on many of the normal things in life as a result of your condition, but I don't know if she is or not since you don't give any details. However, if that by any chance IS the case, then please try to work on either overcoming it, or at least learning how to deal with it as best as you can with the help of an experienced therapist. Your daughter deserved the best she can get from her mother. And you deserve a life that isn't hampered by any kind of disabling condition. If your condition is serious, then my guess is that your daughter (And you too)may be missing out on many things that a mom and daughter normally would do together outside the home. Like I said, no offense intended, and I apologize for going a little off topic. But, it's quite possible that treating/coping successfully with your condition may be of greater importance and of a higher priority than applying nails at home. Just my opinion and nothing more....

Best wishes
