you'd better mention where you will be staying so you will get to know the closest one to you. In uptown Mirdif there is a great nail bar. In Jumeira Pace'Luce is good too. In Emirates Tower as the previous answerer mentioned. Where can i get gel nails done on my toes in dubai?
if you go to the emirates towers hotel, there s a shopping gallery there and they have a great nail salon. look it up, its not expensive and feedback is generally good.
the hotel is a landmark you can't miss it.
