Well I've just done a burbury pattern on my own natural nails and it looks really good. I usually go for something really girly with swirls and diamantes, but i quite like the designer nail look. Seen some really good patterns on Creative website, don't know the address though but if you were to type in Creative in Google your sure to find it.
